NIRIM Q. C. views food quality and safety as the central principles in its operation's management.

1. NIRIM Q.C. Quality Principles:
• To produce high quality products that are safe to the customer, according to the highest international standards.
• To provide personal approach and to focus on the customer's needs.
• To be committed to the environment and to minimize the use of pesticides (by using only materials approved by the authorities).
• To conduct an honest and ethical demeanor for employees, customers, farmers and to the whole community.

1. We agree to:
• Maintain a system of quality control throughout the entire growing, sorting and packaging process.
• Act with credibility and professionalism and to meet customer demands.
• Maintain a process of review and improvement throughout the different phases of production.
• Maintain product traceability from growth phase to marketing. Management of all QC prose's are all in house using highly advanced systems to focus on every issue.
• To keep computerized surveillance over optimal temperature and humidity of the product so as to preserve its freshness and storage life in transportation.

2. Food safety:
• Pests and disease monitoring in growth phase for purposes of minimizing the use of pesticides and disease free products.
• Product harvesting is made after examination of pesticide residues in produce by an accredited laboratory, with low and permitted levels of MRL's being maintained as required by the destination countries.
• Ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of all systems – from growing fields to packing houses, and transportation.

3. NIRIM Q.C. is controlled and certified by international standards:
• GLOOBAL GAP, FIELD TO FORK, TESCO, Organic Standard - PPIS, BRC food safety and Social Standards such as SEDEX and GRASP.
